PROJECT
C++ was used to communicate with OmniSky’s proprietary web server and to integrate with the Pocket PC personal information management functions, such as placing contact information into a Web form like MapQuest. The Pocket PC version of the OmniSky service, developed by Access Softek and leveraging C++, performed better and more smoothly than the original Palm version.
